Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At Escala, we take pride in providing exceptional beauty and wellness experiences. Our services are delivered with utmost care, professionalism, and attention to detail. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds, cancellations, and service adjustments to ensure transparency and fairness for all clients.

2. Non-Refundable Services

All completed treatments and services are non-refundable, as our beauty and wellness services are personalized and time-based. Once a treatment has been performed, the costs associated with time, materials, and resources cannot be recovered. If you are unhappy with your experience, we encourage you to speak with our staff before leaving the studio so we can resolve any concerns immediately.

3. Prepaid Packages & Memberships

  • Refunds for prepaid service packages or memberships are available within 7 days of purchase, provided no services have been used.

  • After the first session or use, the package becomes non-refundable.

  • Packages and memberships are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

  • Any promotional or discounted package purchased is strictly non-refundable.

4. Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-redeemable for cash.

  • They must be used within their validity period as mentioned on the voucher.

  • Lost or expired vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded.

5. Product Returns & Exchanges

  • Products purchased in-store can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene and safety regulations, used or opened products cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • If a product is found to be defective, a replacement or store credit will be offered at management’s discretion.

6. Appointment Cancellations

  • Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time may incur a 50% service fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid.

  • No-shows (clients who fail to attend without prior notice) will be charged the full amount of the service booked.

  • Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in booking restrictions.

7. Deposits

Some services at Escala may require a deposit to secure your appointment.

  • Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.

  • If the appointment is rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, the deposit can be carried over to the new booking date.

8. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original method of payment. Any processing delays by your bank or payment provider are beyond our control.

9. Management’s Discretion

Escala reserves the right to make final decisions regarding refunds, reschedules, or compensation. All decisions made by management are final and made in good faith to ensure fairness to both clients and staff.
