All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or in person.
A confirmation message will be sent once your booking is approved.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure timely service.
Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling based on availability.
Escala reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel appointments when necessary.
Payments can be made via cash, debit/credit card, or approved digital payment methods.
All prices listed on our website or at the studio are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
Prices and offers are subject to change without prior notice.
Promotional offers, vouchers, or discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a 50% charge of the service booked.
No-shows (clients who fail to attend without notice) will be charged the full amount of the booked service.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking privileges.

We aim to maintain a peaceful, respectful, and relaxing environment for all clients.
Any inappropriate, abusive, or disruptive behavior towards our staff or clients will not be tolerated.

Clients are required to inform our staff of any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, or recent procedures before treatments.
Escala adheres to strict hygiene and sterilization standards to ensure client safety.
Certain treatments may not be suitable for individuals with specific health conditions; our team will advise accordingly.
Gift vouchers and service packages must be used within their validity period.
They are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended.
All text, images, graphics, and content on the Escala website are owned by Escala Beauty Studio. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction of our materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
Escala is not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or adverse results arising from treatments, unless due to proven negligence.
Clients agree to receive treatments at their own discretion and risk.
